Senior Specialty Package (12th Graders)

Service Description

This package is designed for students who are ready to actively work through the college application process. It provides structured, expert-led guidance during a fast-moving and decision-dense period, helping students stay organized, focused, and confident from start to finish. I work directly with students and families to manage the complexity of senior year—bringing clarity to timelines, supporting thoughtful decision-making, and ensuring that each part of the application reflects the student accurately and intentionally. This package is best suited for families who are beginning the process later and want steady, hands-on support through application submission. What’s Included: Strategic College List Development One-on-one work to refine a balanced, well-researched college list that reflects academic profile, institutional fit, financial context, and student priorities. Personal Statement Support Direct, individualized guidance on the personal statement, including idea development, structure, drafting, and revision, with the goal of producing a clear, authentic final essay. Supplemental Essay Guidance Targeted coaching and editing for up to five supplemental essays, with attention to voice, specificity, and alignment with each institution’s expectations. Common Application & Résumé Preparation Hands-on support completing the Common Application, including the activity list, as well as development of a concise, polished student résumé. Letters of Recommendation Strategy Guidance on selecting recommenders, timing requests, and providing appropriate context so letters are supportive and effective. Financial Aid & Scholarship Support Assistance with FAFSA and CSS Profile completion, along with guidance on identifying need-based and merit-based scholarship opportunities. Timeline Management & Ongoing Support Careful oversight of deadlines and application components throughout the fall and winter, helping students stay on schedule and reducing unnecessary stress during a demanding period. This package provides focused, consistent guidance throughout senior year, helping students submit strong, well-considered applications while giving families reassurance that the process is being managed thoughtfully and efficiently.
